Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Human Resources/Administrative Assistant is to assist in the daily operations of Twin Oaks Academy.
They work closely with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director, and assist with purchasing, files and managing program records.
Essential Functions:
1.
Maintain orderly employee files, assist in personnel recruitment and retention, consult on disciplinary matters, maintain employee contact information, and handle employee time.
2.
Conduct initial background screening of employees and ensure that checks are completed on an annual basis.
3.
They assist in the purchasing of essential items for program operation, maintain program files and reports, and takes minutes during meetings.
4.
Assist Administrations with day-to-day tasks.
General Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or a GED Meet criminal background check and drug screening per state and federal requirements.
Have one year of clerical experience preferably in HR.
